Withdraw Account Plus purchase
This is the statutory withdrawal function for a recent paid Account Plus purchase. It is not a renewal-cancellation button, because Account Plus never renews automatically.
You do not need to sign in. Only the information needed to identify you, the purchase, and the electronic address for your receipt confirmation is requested.
1. Statutory withdrawal right
Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract. You may withdraw from an Account Plus purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period generally begins when the contract is concluded.
You may use the electronic function above, email, or letter. It is enough to send an unambiguous declaration before the deadline. The model form below is optional.
2. Consequences of withdrawal
If the withdrawal is effective, we reimburse payments that must be returned without undue delay and generally no later than 14 days after receiving the declaration. If you expressly requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, the law may permit a proportionate charge for services supplied before the withdrawal. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
3. Withdrawal and normal expiry are different
Withdrawal addresses the original purchase within the statutory withdrawal period. Account Plus is prepaid and ends automatically after one month or one year, with no automatic renewal and no future charge. After the withdrawal period, simply stopping use does not by itself create a prorated-refund right. Mandatory consumer, defect, termination and warranty rights remain unaffected.
