Just Our Circle is provided by Smart Deal UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Jakob-Husmans-Str. 1, 47839 Krefeld, Germany (see the Legal Notice). You must expressly agree to these Terms before using your circles. The Privacy Policy explains how we process data. Accepting these Terms does not waive your statutory rights or authorise unrestricted disclosure of your information.
You must provide a valid email address and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for your keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Users aged 16 or 17 must have any parental or guardian permission required for the service or a purchase.
Each circle has one owner. The available roles are Owner, Admin, Member and Guest. Owners control ownership, deletion and Account Plus. Owners and Admins can manage circle content and invitations. Members can contribute within the permissions granted to them. Guests are read-only. Circles are private and access-controlled for members. Limited access by authorised service personnel and providers may be necessary to operate the service, investigate a specific report or meet a legal obligation, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the material you share and must have the rights and legal basis to share it with the intended recipients. These responsibilities do not remove our own legal duties. You can report content in the app or through Contact. Give the location, reason and relevant context; do not redistribute illegal material to make a report. Reports are reviewed by our authorised administrators and do not automatically establish a violation.
The free plan includes, at no cost:
New file/media uploads are not included in the free plan. "Free Forever" applies to these listed core communication and organisational features; it does not mean every current or future premium feature must be free.
Account Plus belongs to one account owner and covers file and media transfer in every current and future circle owned by that account. Invited members do not need their own purchase to upload inside a circle whose owner has active access. The circle owner's shared allowance applies.
One-time payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us. Published prices include VAT. We do not store a payment method for automatic renewal and do not initiate a future charge. Free communication features remain available after paid access ends.
Consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. See the Withdrawal Information. Mandatory consumer and warranty rights remain unaffected.
We take reasonable measures to operate and protect the service. Maintenance, outages and third-party infrastructure failures can interrupt availability. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or absolute security. Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights concerning service quality, defects or remedies.
Reasonable rate limits apply against spam, automated messaging, mass invitations and upload abuse. Ordinary users are not charged for these protections.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant the limited permissions needed for us and our technical providers to host, transmit and display it to the recipients you choose. Recipients may retain permitted copies on their own devices; removing the online copy cannot recall those copies. Other uses require an independent right or permission.
Liability is governed by the mandatory provisions of German law. We do not unlawfully exclude liability and remain liable for intent, gross negligence and harm to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.
We may temporarily restrict an account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect misuse or an urgent security risk, while asking the account holder for an explanation. We may remove or restrict content and permanently terminate access for justified serious or repeated violations. We consider the evidence, severity, context and proportionality. Where legally permitted, we provide a reason and a way to request review at info@smartdealbusiness.de. A report alone does not make private content public or remove data-protection rights. Statutory refund, withdrawal and other remedies remain available. You may submit an account deletion request in Settings. Before doing so, you must transfer any circle that still has other active members. Deleting your account forfeits any remaining paid access, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Once accepted, circle access is removed, profile and authorship data are anonymised, and solo-owned circles enter a 7-day deletion window. Final removal of the Base44 authentication record is completed by the provider's administrator. Billing and other records may be retained where law requires.
We may preserve or disclose information we actually hold where required by a valid legal obligation, or otherwise permitted under an applicable legal basis. We verify the requesting authority, legal basis and scope and limit any disclosure to what is necessary. An informal request or an allegation alone does not give unrestricted access. We notify affected users where legally permitted and appropriate. We cannot provide file contents already deleted from our systems, or retrieve copies from a member's device.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, preserving mandatory consumer protections. Smart Deal UG is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
We may update these Terms. Material changes are communicated in-app or by email and may require renewed acceptance before further use. Changes do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
